We've made some big changes, here's what you need to know

Telephone Banking	Users can call (888) 558-1300 to access the system. Existing Telephone Banking Customers: Due to our updated system, you will be required to reset your password by following the menu prompts
Online Banking	Online Banking Users: For enhanced security, our new system no longer supports User IDs that match your Social Security number. If have not updated your User ID, please call the bank at (718) 335-1300 to retrieve a new User ID.
Bill Pay	Payees, scheduled payments and up to 12 months of bill pay history have converted.
eStatements	For your convenience, up to 12 months of your historical statements will transfer to our new system. (Historical statements might take a few weeks to load into the new system).
Mobile Banking	Our new app is here! Users are required to download our updated app.
