Exciting news! We have officially transitioned to a brand new banking system that offers you enhanced technology, new products and better service.


Designed with outstanding customer service in mind, the new system will provide:

  • New tools and resources to enhance your banking experience and meet your growing needs
  • Advanced technology that will allow us to introduce new products and services faster in the future
  • Better customer service and in-branch account opening experience
  • A redesigned online banking platform and mobile app, complete with more features and customization options
  • More efficient back-office processes to make banking with us faster and more convenient

We've made some big changes, here's what you need to know

Telephone Banking

Users can call (888) 558-1300 to access the system.

Existing Telephone Banking Customers:
Due to our updated system, you will be required to reset your password by following the menu prompts

Online Banking

Online Banking Users:
For enhanced security, our new system no longer supports User IDs that match your Social Security number. If have not updated your User ID, please call the bank at (718) 335-1300 to retrieve a new User ID.

Bill Pay

Payees, scheduled payments and up to 12 months of bill pay history have converted.


For your convenience, up to 12 months of your historical statements will transfer to our new system. (Historical statements might take a few weeks to load into the new system).

Mobile Banking

Our new app is here! Users are required to download our updated app.
