- Your monthly mortgage payment will be automatically withdrawn from your Maspeth Federal checking or statement savings account on the 8th of each month.
- Home improvement loans are paid on a designated due date. If the designated payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be made on the next business day.
*A Maspeth Federal checking or statement savings account is required to set up automatic loan payments. At this time, we cannot process automatic payments from a non-MFS account. Please also note that if your account has insufficient funds on your final loan payment due date, the next request for payment will automatically include any applicable late charges.
