Under the direction of Deposit Operations Director, performs all required functions for day-to-day electronic banking operations. β Originating, processing and servicing electronic banking applications which include online banking, e-Statements, ACH (Automated Clearing House) and remote capture maintenance and servicing, and bill pay support in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines. This person also troubleshoots software if conflicts arise and works closely with the Deposit Operations team to make sure all core applications are well maintained.

Primary Responsibilities
- Process and respond to action items and customer communication generated online, as well as customer email related to e-banking.
- Monitor bill pay issues in management console; assist with bill payment disputes.
- Process request for adds, changes and research related to services offered and/βor managed by the e-banking services.
- Maintenance with approvals and closed consumer remote deposit capture agreements.β
- ACH processing with various exception indications-as an example: wrong account number, incorrect application code, incomplete account number, etc.
- Research, correct and mark each item to post or return, as applicable.
- Review various reports for Department.
- Use the organizations regulatory compliance identity verification software to assess Bank, Originator and Individual Customer against Government lists, in accordance with OFAC, for possible suspects. Any uncertainties are sent to the Compliance Department for final approval. Internationals are marked according to instructions from Compliance.
- Perform the required duties to report unclaimed property to the Office of Unclaimed Funds.
- Other duties as needed.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining operations of the Information Technology Department in support of all bank-wide needs placed upon the department. The Systems Administrator will allocate computer equipment, software, personnel and any other available IT resources as needed towards problem resolution, system enhancements and new systems development. The Systems Administrator is directly responsible to the Director of Information Technology, however, is expected to exercise independent and effective technical and administrative abilities in carrying out daily operational responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities
- Possesses the role of Domain Administrator
- Shares responsibility for monitoring the Help Desk with the department
- Conducts/oversees the backup of critical data
- Responsible for all aspects of hardware, software, data, and voice communication issues and is responsible for the effective and timely implementation of problem resolution.
- Responsible for installing and administering all systems that provide endpoint protection
- Record and manage all user department problems reported. Assign adequate resources to address issues and ensure a prompt and effective resolution. Follow-up on resolved issues and, if possible, implement procedures to preclude the re-occurrence of reported problems.
- Arrange for the installation of new/replacement PC’s, components, peripherals or any related hardware products needed by user departments as required. Respond to user department needs with regard to equipment failure and ensure an effective and timely resolution.
- Ensure the distribution of new software and software upgrades on a timely basis. Validate software vendor licensing requirements and resolve shortfalls.
- Monitor and restrict unauthorized software usage and instruct user department personnel of bank policy regarding software usage.
- Along with the Director of Information Technology, shares overall responsibility as network administrator and oversees all systems and network security issues and management.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimal 2 years of Windows domain administrator experience creating new content and not just maintaining existing solutions
- Minimal 1 year experience with a data/system backup and recovery solution, Veeam preferred.
- Minimal 1 year experience in a helpdesk environment
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
