Eligibility:
- Women ages 40-75
- Currently living in NYC
- No mammogram in the past 12 months
Please bring a phoot ID and insurance card (if insured).
No co-pays or deductibles required. Uninsured patients are welcome. Medical services provided by Multi-Diagnostic Services.
